| Description | This course will examine emergency and disaster incidents from a municipal level, from elected officials and staff with cooperative and collaborative requirements with emergency officials. A comparative analysis will occur with Indigenous communities and the emergency management paradigm. Analysis of the paradigm will support requirements for socials justice and other requirements. |
