| Description | The course will put particular focus on using emerging media and applications responsibly within a professional environment. Students will learn to use social media effectively to create a substantial presence on the Web as emerging media and applications are powerful tools for writers and other professional communicators. Students will assess the effect of these tools on professional communications and learn how to incorporate emerging and social media into marketing and communications strategies. Students will be expected to maintain active social media accounts for the length of the program. |
