| Description | Enhanced Academic Skills Intermediate is a full-semester course for intermediate English language learners. Divided into two parts (Part A: Weeks 1–7 and Part B: Weeks 8–14), this course provides the essential study skills and vocabulary needed to succeed in a college environment and directly supports the projects in other Level 4 courses. In Part A (Animals; Customs and Traditions), students will build a portfolio of academic skills, including vocabulary development strategies and summarizing short texts. In Part B (Discovery and Invention; Health and Fitness), learners will apply their skills by participating in online discussions and practicing clear pronunciation and delivery for short presentations. |
