New ventures are frequently operating with less capital and fewer human resources than established
ventures. Focus of this course is on establishing strategies that aid the entrepreneur to achieve marketing
and sales objectives through segmentation strategies, positioning a new start-up with no brand value, the
power of networking and professional selling. It will also cover guerrilla and more traditional marketing
methods. It will also include the leveraging of both traditional and social media.
