| Description | There are specific legal concepts that all businesses need to manage, and this course examines the key ones that are most pertinent to film and television production such as intellectual property law, chain of title, non-disclosure waivers, rights, copyrights, option agreements, and cast and crew employment agreements. This course is a primer for students in entertainment law and serves as an introduction to the requirements for a business affairs and legal department in a production company as well as generally for any Film and television entrepreneur. |
