| Description | In this second course, students will examine a set of essential case studies that frame the role of entertainment law and how to navigate production legally. The role of Errors and Omissions insurance and script clearance are covered. Broadcast License Agreements are examined with a particular focus on the evolving nature of “additional rights”, including emerging media and cross-platform rights. |
