| Description | Students learn the fundamental concepts of law and legal process as it applies in Canada and Ontario. The Ontario Environmental Protection Act and other environmental legislation/regulations are analyzed. Each student researches a selected Canadian environmental statute and completes a written report and oral presentation. |
