Description | Learn to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) typically required for transaction of real property and to identify the environmental risks, liabilities and costs associated with such transactions. Cover principal components of Phase I ESAs, including information collection, interpretation, compilation and report preparation. Taught by environmental consultants who have successfully completed hundreds of Phase I ESAs on large and small scale properties across Canada. This course will train you to complete an actual site assessment adhering to CSA Z768-94 procedural standards.
