| Description | Establishing a clear and helping communication process is the key to providing therapeutic care in rehabilitation therapy. Students will learn the various methods that can be employed to connect with their clients and their families on a level that promotes healing and helps motivate people to reach optimum health. Through role playing and modeling, students will practice behaviors that lead to therapeutic interaction with clients, either individually or in groups, in various therapy settings. |
