| Description | Examine the legal requirements for will drafting, testate and intestate succession, the structure of the court system with respect to estate matters, and the administration of an estate. Also examine the application of the Rules of Civil Procedure and of various related statutes. Prerequisite: CELC-909 (materials fee included; textbook extra) |
