Description:

Exploring current trends and methodologies and practices in sales and marketing for events, festivals and conferences. Topics will include the professional, legal and ethical obligations in preparing bids and replying to tenders/RFP’s. Students will research socio-economic forces and competitive advantages, population dynamics and demographic forces that affect festival, event and conference planning. Using market research and trend analysis students will learn to develop an effective sales and marketing plan.
