| Description | Students are introduced to the statutory and common law rules of evidence and the basic principles regarding the admissibility of evidence. The roles of judges, counsel/agents and the affected parties are examined throughout the litigation process, from commencement to trial. Students participate in mock situations including qualifying as the expert, examinations-in-chief and cross examinations and submissions as to costs. |
