| Description | In this course, students will experience the entry-level duties of a food service supervisor in accordance with CSNM code of ethics and competencies. Learning will be directed by a CSNM mentor to promote ongoing professional development throughout the six-week placement (240 hours). The focus will be for the student to experience quality management, human resources, marketing, clinical nutrition, professionalism and financial core responsibilities of a nutrition manager. |
