| Description | In this course, students will experience the entry level duties of a food service supervisor in accordance with CSNM code of ethics and competencies. Learning will be directed by a CSNM mentor to promote ongoing professional development throughout the six (6) week placement (240 hours). The focus will be for the student to experience quality management, human resources, marketing, clinical nutrition, professionalism and financial core responsibilities of a nutrition manager. |
