| Description | This practicum course will offer the student the opportunity to develop skills in working with preschool children in group care settings. CSAC vocational outcomes will create the foundation from which students will be evaluated. Although the learning will be different for every student, each practicum agency will offer the chance for the integration of theory and practice. The importance of observation in understanding the cues and interests of the preschool child will be of particular importance in developing skills in emergent curriculum principles. |
