| Description | This course gives you an overview of the financial reporting process. The course provides you with the tools to be able to analyze financial information and explain the information contained in the financial statements in your future roles as managers, investors, or other users of financial accounting information. Of particular interest for non-accounting majors who may operate their own business in the future; you will learn how to maintain paper accounting records, use specialized journals, and prepare financial statements for a sole proprietorship in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. |
