| Description | A firm understanding of hydraulics is vital for a heavy duty technician. This course is designed to enhance the knowledge gained in level one by the students. Students will learn about hydraulic schematics and how to understanding and use these diagrams to aid in trouble shooting. Students will study the hydraulic fluids and the different types of conditioner for these fluids. Students will also study the various types of hydraulic fittings, valves and pumps found on the different types of hydraulic systems. Students will also learn how to maintain, diagnose and repair the hydraulic system using the recommended procedures. |
