Understanding the business of media is a key element to building on your core skills around food and media. This course will look at entrepreneurial skill development when dealing with advertising companies, and how to negotiate and sell your business to attract revenue required for a food media business.  Through the use of case studies and real life situations, students will learn to consider the needs, and analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of all stakeholders: suppliers, the agency, and clients.
