Food Media Marketing and Promotion

This course examines marketing and promotion functions including market research for the purpose of developing a business plan for a unique food media project. Students will be introduced to a practical 360° framework and explore long-term brand building, product and package development, pricing, distribution and communications initiatives. At the end of this course, students will have a comprehensive marketing research component for specific use to create a pitch for their idea and business plan.
