In this practical course, you will develop an ongoing relationship with a healthy elderly individual, as well as with aging adults in both institutional and community settings. Selected placements are based on student choice and availability of placement experience at agencies. Prerequisites: GN-400, GN-401, GN-402, GN-403, GN-404, GN-406, and medical forms one month prior to GN-405 start date. Medical forms can be picked up in room 2017, Warden Woods Campus during office hours.
