Group Exercise Leadership 1

This course examines the key fundamental qualities and skills required to lead successful group exercise programs/activities. The key elements of an exercise program ( exercise intensity, duration etc) are included . Students will gain an understanding of what makes an effective leader and how to modify leadership styles in order to respond to different groups when leading exercise programs.
If you are enrolled in Fitness and Health Promotion Compressed, this course’s lab hours will be at Ashtonbee Campus.
