| Description | Incentive travel is a performance based reward for achieving excellence within an organization. In this course the students will learn the nature of incentive travel including effective planning, operations management and creativity. Incentives can be individualized or group. Subsequently, group planning requires meticulous attention to detail, time management, customer service and fostering excellent supplier relationships. All facets of the group and incentive markets will be explored throughout the course, from the conception stage to final execution.
