A very valuable and important opportunity will be given to students in this course. Students will learn the skills, tools and knowledge needed to maintain a healthy attitude towards self- image, body image and confidence. It will also cover nutrition and anatomy, injury prevention, rejection and stress. It will also address the importance of professional attitudes, etiquette and respect. This knowledge will empower students to make wise choices in their chosen field.
