| Description | This course provides a collaborative environment where students can investigate and address some of the challenges facing today’s hospitality workplace, while taking a holistic education approach that aims to provide students with skills for life, not just for employment. Students will be given choice in how to direct their own learning, while also working towards portable credentials that can be highlighted in a digital portfolio and promoted to employers.
