| Description | This course provides students with a comprehensive overview of the theory and practice of human resources management as it relates to Construction Site Management. It examines each of the major functional areas of human resources management, identifies key issues facing site managers in contemporary workplaces, and introduces students to a variety of best practices being used in high performance organizations. In addition to forming a broad knowledge base of human resources management, students will be able to develop their skills in a blended course format, leveraging technology and online learning to engage in experiential learning and practical skills development. |
