Description: This course introduces the student to the various laws, regulations, and codes governing the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. The course is designed to create an awareness of both the legal responsibilities of those employed in the industry and the powers inferred to them by law to exercise these responsibilities. Students will gain analytical skills to recognize potential risks and problem solve effectively.
