This course is designed to give students an understanding of the functions of the Human Resources department the responsibilities of the line manager/supervisor and navigate the workplace as an effective employee. Through exploration of culture, recruitment and selection, performance management and health and safety, students will understand how Human Resource practices affect the strategy and operation of a broad scope of hospitality companies.
In order to provide the skills that are required for career development upon graduation, the course includes resume development, interview skills and career search success.
