| Description | This course provides students with the knowledge of the core principles of Human Resources as it relates to building a strong corporate culture. Understanding the role of HR and the laws that protect labour in Canada gives students a tool to transition into the workforce. Students will have an opportunity to create an industry-ready resume and practice interviewing skills. A certification in the "It's Your Shift" online training is earned for students to understand their roles and responsibilities regarding harassment and human rights issues in the hospitality workplace. |
