| Description | This survey course provides students with a comprehensive overview of the theory and practice of human resources management (HRM). It presents a survey of the major functional areas of HRM, highlights key issues, and introduces students to a variety of best practices currently in use in high performance organizations. In addition to providing students with a broad knowledge base of the field of human resources management, the course allows the students the opportunity to enhance their knowledge through experiential learning and practical skills development. |
