| Description | Building on fundamentals learned in ROBO-352 and ROBO 247, the learner will acquire new programming skills and apply them to the industrial production line in the laboratory. Topics include the study of a real time application with the ABB robots/ PLC production line and the ATI conveyors. The learner will also acquire basic knowledge of project management, production process optimization methods, principle of Statistical Process Controls (SPC), VFD/ PLC motor control systems, servo/ PLC motor control systems, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) for the industrial control systems. |
