| Description | Innovation by definition is change, and change once initiated must be managed to achieve the desired results and avoid chaos. The focus of this course is the generation of innovation and change in a business/ organizational context. It consists of two parts, the first examines the tools and techniques available to generate creative insights regarding new products, services and new modes of service provision and interaction with clients. The second focuses on the orderly management of the desired changes to ensure that they are successfully implemented. The key role played by organizational agility in will be assessed. |
