Description

This theory and practical course introduces the students to the basic concepts of open- and closed-loop systems common to motion and process control and review a variety of measuring instruments used to monitor and control process variables within a production, or manufacturing area. After successful completion of Instrumentation 1 course, the student will be able to describe the scientific principles and operation of instruments used to make measurements of: pressure, temperature, flow, and level.
