This course will introduce students to the business of interactive media production.  It will cover budgeting, production cash flows; cost reporting, scope and expectations management, production forecasting, statistical analysis, operations and HR planning.  It will also include funding proposal preparations, budgeting and financing for interactive digital media productions, comparative market analysis for products; analyzing performance metrics; developing business and marketing plans for interactive media.
