| Description | This course is part of the curriculum for the full-time Accounting program, and is of interest to Continuing Education students. It is recognized by the Certified General Accountants Association. The course is designed to provide the student with a comprehensive understanding of accounting topics, both their application and rationale. These topics focus on the preparation of financial statements and include: temporary and long-term investments, acquisition, disposition, amortization of tangible capital assets, intangible capital assets, current liabilities and contingencies, long-term liabilities and the preparation and analysis of the statement of cash flows. |
