Description | This course introduces students to the major considerations in the conduct of business activities within a global context. It provides a broad overview of the domestic and foreign environments within which international business takes place, examines international trade and foreign direct investment, and outlines several of the key strategic decisions facing international business managers. The course takes the perspective of a Canadian business person seeking international opportunities in today’s dynamic global environment. Please note: This course is delivered in blended/hybrid format. Students meet two hours in class and study one hour online per week. |
