| Description | In this course, students will learn the foundational elements of public international law by examining sources of law, comparative law, and state responsibility. Using a case-based approach, students will discuss the legal effects of private international law on individuals and business organizations. Students will learn how to identify and analyze relevant international legal issues and to develop a broad understanding of international business law. |
