Description | In this unique capstone course, students will gain first-hand experience and practical knowledge of market research and strategic planning in an international context. Enhance your learning outside of the classroom by applying your analytical and critical thinking skills to a real-world case study, based on theoretical frameworks.
Working in teams with students from other countries and academic institutions, students will develop competencies in cross-cultural teamwork, while deriving insights and finally, providing sound recommendations for introducing (import) a product or product category, within a specified industry, to the local market.
Students will be exposed to the end-end supply chain process at a large multinational organization and small- to-mid-size company, both based out of and operating in the destination country. This is an opportunity to engage with academic, government and business leaders abroad, and ultimately grow your international professional network. |
