| Description | In this course students will learn the Human Resources Management [HRM] functions, processes, and practices to gain competitive business advantage through ensuring the proper acquisition and utilization, of any organizations most important asset, its people, or “human capital”, throughout the “employment life-cycle”. Students will also learn how HRM changes when an organization’s scope, and operations, extend beyond domestic borders, into international and cross-cultural environments. Students will also amend HRM practices based on specific national contexts. This will extend to managing multiple simultaneous strategies within multinational organizations. |
