| Description | In this course students will learn the Human Resources Management (HRM) functions, processes and practices to gain competitive business advantage through ensuring the proper acquisition and utilization of any organization's most important asset — its people, or “human capital” — throughout the “employment life-cycle”. Students will also learn how HRM changes when an organization’s scope and operations extend beyond domestic borders into international and cross-cultural environments. Students will also amend HRM practices based on specific national contexts. This will extend to managing multiple simultaneous strategies within multinational organizations. |
