Description | This course addresses the development of two skills deemed essential for the international business person: Intercultural Negotiation and Strategy formulation. The increasing globalization of industries will necessitate an increase in strategic alliances and hence intercultural negotiations. Strategy formulation is emphasized in this course via three steps: a strong conceptual foundation delineating the steps involved in successful international business planning; to developing an analytical decision-making framework; and finally getting a “hands on” experience of making decisions in cross functional teams. |
