| Description | This course introduces students to those aspects of international trade law which directly impinge on a firm=s ability to conduct business on a global scale. Students examine the major international trade agreements, country-specific laws of Canada and its main trading partners, treaties and conventions pertinent to the sale of goods and services internationally, and international sales contracts. The course pays particular attention to the impact of current international political and economic trends on international trade law. |
