Internet and Ecommerce for the Automotive Industry

Participants will learn the general concepts and an overview of the Internet and e-commerce as it relates to the automotive industry. Highlights of the course include the role of the Internet and e-commerce and an orientation of automotive Web sites. Other topics include initial contact and rapport building with the e-commerce prospect/customer, recognition of the e-commerce customer and adapting the sales process to service the e-commerce customer.
