| Description | This course will introduce you to the basics of sound design for books and magazines. A study of design theory will be followed by hands-on techniques, including designing for specific audiences, selecting appropriate typefaces and sizes, making page layouts with photos and illustrations, designing book jackets, magazine covers and publicity materials. Prerequisite: CG-004 or equivalent (12 labs, 36 hours) |
