| Description | Students learn basic computerized bookkeeping through a comprehensive study of Simply Accounting for Windows software. This course is part of the Microcomputer Accounting Clerk program and should be taken during the second semester. The method of instruction is a combination of lectures, demonstrations and hands-on computer lab work. Emphasis will be placed on maintaining a complete set of accounting records (general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, inventory/project accounting and GST/PST) producing a variety of financial statements and reports. |
