| Description | This course provides students with an introduction to Construction Management. Topics covered will include the construction contracts, how bids are submitted and evaluated, estimating project costs, introduction to project scheduling, introduction to monitoring project performance and risks and sustainable construction. The course is delivered using materials developed for the construction industry by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA). |
