Intro to Quantitative Research Methods

Description

This course introduces students to the quantitative research techniques needed in the international development field. It particularly prepares students to develop the analytical skills required to process and interpret data and generate evidences in monitoring and evaluation programs. MS Excel and SPSS will be the primary statistical software used. By the end of this course students will understand relevant statistical terminology, manage and organize data, conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, compare and draw conclusions from the data, produce graphs and dashboards to present data results.
