| Description | This course examines the basic concepts of business practice and spa management, giving students the skills needed to be a valuable member of the spa team. A focus will be given to value-added retailing and managing, staff and costs. Awareness of business operations is essential to a professional esthetician. Professionalism is strongly stressed, as is day to day operations. Software program is taught to enable the students to function in a computerized setting.
