| Description | In this course, students will have the opportunity to examine the fundamentals of cloud computing, that will equip them with the foundational knowledge and skills required to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of cloud technologies. Student will also examine key concepts, including cloud migration, cloud service models such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS), as well as deployment models (public, private, hybrid), and core cloud services. Students will explore topics such as cloud architecture, virtualization, storage solutions, and networking within the cloud. Hands-on experience with leading platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Google Cloud ensures that students are prepared for real-world applications of cloud technologies. In addition to technical skills, students will explore the importance of ethical and governance considerations, including data privacy, regulatory compliance, and the responsibilities of cloud providers and users in ensuring secure and fair practices. |
