| Description | This course is designed to assist the student to critically evaluate those factors which impact the profession of Massage Therapy. The current trends and issues in massage therapy will be discussed in order to provide a context for research literacy and capacity. Learners will be encouraged to independently seek information and share it with peers. The preparation of preliminary research proposals, practice-based case reports or similar activity will be used as a means to summarize the trends and issues discussed and the skills and knowledge acquired. |
