This course introduces you to the issues and techniques involved in the design of various knowledge management systems. You will work from document management, through information management, to knowledge management, becoming familiar with various modelling and structuring techniques. Learn data structuring with SQL and XML and information modelling with CASE tools and HARP. Prerequisite: CG-223 or equivalent (15 classes, 45 hours)
