| Description | The variety of knowledge is unlimited in the Information Age. This foundation course will enable you to understand and select KM worlds through research and analysis. Organizational problems and systems thinking will be examined. Creation of KM electronic libraries, documentation fundamentals, monitoring and control of KM processes, systems and knowledge strategies will also be explored. (15 classes, 45 hours) |
