| Description | This course will assist the students to learn the organization and structure of the clinical laboratory and the movement of specimens from collection to analysis and storage. Students will gain an understanding of the complexity of laboratory system that encompasses the receipt, organization, prioritization and transmission of information. Students will learn strategies for effective time management and priority setting. Students will learn the various components of Quality Assurance Program within a Medical Laboratory. |
